Call to Action: Expanding ENPC Instructors in Washington State
The Emergency Nurses Association, Washington State, has launched the ENPC Initiative to strengthen pediatric readiness by bringing ENPC courses closer to our nurses.
We’ve identified four key facilities that can sustain their own ENPC programs and extend access to nearby hospitals. To make this possible, we’re building instructor pools at these sites—and we need your help.
We’re asking fellow course directors to adopt at least one new instructor, mentor them, and allow them to co-teach at your ENPC courses. This is a meaningful way to give back to the emergency nursing community and support the next generation of instructors.
